Nous voulons offrir à nos collaborateurs la chance de grandir. Pour certains, cela signifie: acquérir des compétences de base pour pouvoir franchir le seuil de l’atelier de boulangerie. Ce pas est essentiel dans le développement de nos collaborateurs.

Pour réaliser notre atelier de croissance, nous devons investir dans l’achèvement d’un local situé derrière la boulangerie. Nous devons effectuer des travaux de rénovation et ensuite acheter du mobilier de cuisine et du matériel.
L’atelier de croissance ouvrira ses portes le 1 septembre 2021 et pourra accueillir jusqu’à 5 collaborateurs et leur assistance.
